Processing Time
All of our products are made to order. Once you place an order, it typically takes 2–5 business days for your item to be printed, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
During high-volume seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
After your order is produced, shipping times vary by location:

United States: 3–7 business days

International: 7–20 business days
Shipping time begins after production is complete, not on the day you place your order.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Wrong Address / Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Harbor & Hood is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Harbor & Hood is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
